ingram style high back chairs x 4

Fully restored in a very sympathetic manner. This set of four REPRODUCTION C R Mackintosh 'Ingram' style high back chairs came to the workshop water damaged and delapidated. They have been thoroughly stripped back by hand and completely rebuilt and refinished. The finish is a traditional ebonizing method using natural processes, sealed with shellac and finished with natural waxes. The seat pads have been left as they are in an 'accurate' condition.

Re-claimed 1930's art deco cast iron ends, powder coated in antique bronze, laid out with 'Idigbo' west African hardwood slats, hand finished in natural oils, black stainless M8 fixings, spreader bar from steel and fixed with flush headed bolts for style. Insanely classy and will last a lifetime or more.

Hand made 'dairy' style table, sized for the modern family, the base legs are widened to allow for four full sized adults with plenty of leg room. The frame is redwood traditional construction, no fixings are used for this only traditional jointing, finished in a traditional chalk paint with wax finish. The top is 38mm thick 'solid Ash' with a heat and all things repellent coating in-case of toddlers and/or accidents. These can be made to order with regards to size, colour and timber required.
Yew framed mirror

This item comes with an optional coat hook rail accessory made from the centre piece that was removed. This large section of Yew was transformed into a striking wall piece by inserting a mirror into the centre. It would adorn any larger hallway or hang as a statement piece in any room, its also useful as a mirror. Hand finished from a single section of Yew with all its stunning colours and grain. For £150 the antique coat rail is available as well for the matching set.
